Africa - Part 1: Getting There

4AM at Edinburgh Airport - Time for a few drinks in Amsterdam - Good view from my window seat until it got a bit cloudy as we approached the Equator - Johannesburg at last! - Now to get the cars and catch the extra time of the World Cup Final then a 4 hour drive to White River stopping for burgers at 'Bonjour' on the way.
